Who we hire
Professionals with nothing to prove
We hire officers who are calm, collected and de-escalatory by nature, and who have the training to act decisively when it counts.
- Oregon DPSST certification, or the ability to obtain it before your first post
- Armed candidates: DPSST armed certification (Oregon) or a WA armed license and WSCJTC certificate; 21 or older for armed WA posts
- Clean background check and firearm eligibility for armed posts
- Strong report writing and a professional appearance
- Law enforcement, military or professional security experience preferred
